    The codes can be eliminated so a block off plate would work.



    Also for the transmission we can control over shifting, downshifting, etc

    For everyone else, I'm working on the TRD version calibration, will have some nice things to show you guys this week on it.

    TRD calibration with a custom tune would be perfect setup for a turbo build on these trucks.

    we're going to have a lot of fun with these ecus ;)

    A sneak peak..
    here is the map size difference with the extended scale on the TRD. Just like the Tundra.
    This makes fine tuning a blast on these trucks.

    Top is TRD extended scale, bottom is stock N/A.

    I love these ECUs..... it's 99% the same logic as lexus. Which I spent all of 2016 figuring our ^_^.

    Awesome I can’t wait for this! Do you have the ecu #’s for a 14 automatic already? If not I can try to see if I can get a pic with the numbers, hopefully I won’t have to unplug it and pull it out to do that

    Which means its a one time deal and can't be reverted back or 1 of 5 tunes that can be installed on the standalone?

    not sure I understand. the ECU can be flashed 100+ times. So we can create a CUSTOM tune based on a stock TRD file. The same as we did for the 2016+


    what standalone? This is for tuning the STOCK ECM / ECU

    Maybe I'm saying it wrong. I thought when Toyota flashes for TRD SC, it cannot be reversed or changed? You're TRD calibration bypasses that? And by standalone, I mean having a handheld rather than self tune using software.

    That used to be the case before these ECUs were tunable. Now that they are tuneable we can do whatever we want. I could put a toyota Camry file on this ECU if I wanted.

    Ah, makes sense. Tempting, but I'll stick with self tuning lol I had a slight set back but I should be purchasing soon. My garage is filled with suspension and other parts. Can't wait.

    I have the original ECU from my 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 V6 6MT TRD OR ready for shipment. I'd love the ability to flash it for Magnuson S/C, Magnuson S/C with 2.85" pulley, and back to stock. Because it was previously flashed for the Spark Knock TSB, it wouldn't take the TRD flash, so it's a SPARE. (No need for rush shipments - you can play with it for a while, if that helps.)
