Besides wanting to see where things are at with the tune and the projected time frame to lay our hands on it, I'm more interested with how the tuner îs faring with the fire situation?

@OVTune stay safe out there. Looks really rough and I guess it's likely to get worse before better depending on the winds. A stray storm could really do you guys a lot of good. Let the Taco nuts know we can help - we come together when the shit hits the fan even if we are pains to deal with 99% of the time :)

Filled up this weekend. Mostly city driving. Some freeway. And quite a bit of hooning with the new 2.8 pulley. 44308A74-E097-4218-9EAD-15A6AFACFEF8.jpg Mpg.

So, I’m guessing I’m normally between 13-15 mpg.

Has anyone heard anything further on the progress of the tune or the safety of the tuner?

I’m sure the tune will be pretty safe. They have to play it safe because it’s a generic tune for all trucks. It will most likely leave some tq/hp on the table to make sure people are blowing motors left and right. Pro tune is your best bet to get a safe tune in your elevation/climate.

Yes. Hoping he is out of danger with his family and able to get these tunes to us shortly.

Like others, my calibration file (30439100) was not in the database yet. OV says it'll be in the next update. :)

Getting closer to a proper tune!

You shouldn’t have bought a brand new product that is still in development, if you’re not patient.

Interested in a tune but don’t really have the time to read 55 pages. Is there a TL:DR?

Has the typical V6 Pinging been addressed in this?

Too much to explain in one post.
May as well go sit on the toilet, and read through all 55 pages.

20 of them are probably just all of us BS’ing around, so you can skim through about half of it.
