That makes more sense. Seems possible. There's a 93 octane tune right? It's pretty avalible around here.

I don't believe that there is a 93 octane tune...yet, only 91. matt (ovtune) is from socal, so our highest octane is 91 here. people that have 93 octane in their area use the 91 tune for now.

91’s the highest in SoCal? WTF there has to be 93 available somewhere. I know most places run the 87, 89, 91 deal now but 93 has to be available at certain places.

Is it that easy to switch tunes? You can just instantly from one to the other?

nearly all TRD SC version ECUs are ready, but the N/A version ECUs more and more are being added.

yes I have some, and a new version handheld on the way.

yes, along with a new version handheld on the way (ETA 2 weeks) Which will be for the newer 4.0L dual VVT, and Supercharged Tacomas

as of right now I would say wait a week, let me get caught up. 3rd gen final development just released last night, so it's clean up and catch up with everything now.

Mat - If you’re moving to a new handheld, will the existing handheld continue to be supported and updated?

Or do we need to get the new one?

Considering the existing one is barely up and running and not even for everyone, I would guess this new one is just a newer designed housing or something. Maybe minor changes since it will be compatable with the dual vvt. My guess is the current ones will be supported and you'll be just fine
