So I decided to go for the dual flowmaster exhaust but Im not sure how to take off the rubber holders. Id like to use them on the new exhaust so id rather not break them. Any help from people who have done this would be great! thanks.

The cure to what ails ya. In this case, change your oil, save 2 ounces, rub around the welded mount arms, and yank. In other cases, you should not use motor oil, and you should not have difficultty extracting. Enjoy.

WD40 and a flat head screw driver. Stick the screw driver in where it's mounted and pry off. The mounts won't break.
