Hello experts, I'm in need of help trying to find an alternative bigger wheel for my 98 tacoma 2wd
The wheel pattern is : 5x114.3 and the center bore I believe is 67.1mm
But I'm not sure which wheels will fit. My tires are worn and need to be replaced this summer but want to change to the bigger wheels. Alternative I would also consider wheels from a rav4 or Lexus that will fit my truck.

    help will be much appreciated

I love my 27x8.5 General Grabber A/Tx. America's Tire had no problem fitting them right on the stock 14x5 wheels. If you have the extended-cab, your rims will be marginally wider and an even better fit.

Failing that, I was looking at a set of 16's from Tire Rack. And there's a thread on here for "Other Toyota Wheels that fit Tacoma." I'll track it down, and see if I can post a link.

General Altimax comes in skinny 14's (and lots of other things), and should a good multipurpose touring tire.

I'm not a General fanboy or anything - it's my first set. They just seem to be doing a better job than most keeping the classic sizes alive.

It looks like the rims from my daughter's 2018 Mazda3 will fit, too! Same lug spacing and centerbore, similar offset. But it's got low-profile 18's, and I've been busy with house stuff. So I haven't taken the time to confirm. Just for grins. But, that could be a direction to go for aftermarket or swap-meet wheels.

Here's the 1st Gen Wheels thread:
