    i bought a whole handful of Tacoma frame plugs to seal up my frame before undercoating for the winter, but truck failed rust inspection so I'm getting a new frame with these already.

    This is an OEM product? What's wrong with having the holes? I thought they're there for a reason (not just to save weight)...

    Yep, oem. At a certain year toyota added them from the factory, and all new frame replacements come with the plugs.

    They prevent road debris, water, and salt from getting in the frame

    What year would that be? My 2010 has the holes but no rust because I'm in SoCal.
    Are these enough to plug all the holes?
