I live in the midwest so I spent several hundred dollars coating by truck's underbody when I bought it new and washed my truck's frames at least twice a month during the winter months. I was hoping Toyota would do a better job at coating my frames front to rear but boy I need to lower my expectation. This must be a 10 minutes job putting bandage on a problem.

I'd guess the bolts are plugging access holes they drilled to get up into the boxed area. That seepage you are seeing is in the sandwiched area of the frame. I suppose it'll drip for a few weeks, but it should be covered now!

Yikes! My fluid film treatment looks a thousand times better! And it only took me about 15 minutes

Those are not seepages from within the frame. They appeared to have been applied by a caulk gun just to cover the surface. LOL. I could've done a much better job than that. LOL

Is it OK to put a floor jack under the pumpkin like that? I honestly don't know, just curious.

I just got four 6-ton jack stands to jack the truck up and do a full, intensive frame restoration effort myself. Not getting anywhere near that factory provided CRC. Needle scaler, wire wheel, metal prep, POR-15, POR-15 top coat,... good to go. It'll probably be on the stands for 2-3 days. Anyone know a solid method (or have a good product) for introducing rust inhibitor to the inside of tubular framing?

Today I picked up my 12 Tacoma (98,000 miles) from Dealership for Frame Recall also. Your pictures look just like underside also. Hope it helps stopping the corrosion/rust inside the frame rails. This October a friend at work will undercoat my complete undercarriage, doors and tailgate. Hopefully I'll get that extra 10-12 years I heard someone echo earlier......
