    Everything is tight when I jack it up and pull on the tire or try to replicate the sound. Ball joints and LCA are brand new w less the 10 miles on them.

    New doesn't mean the part couldn't be faulty, it's always best to check everything. I have a saying, if you don't know what it is, it has the potential to be absolutely anything. Best way is to narrow it down piece by piece.
