2wd BS and SoCal meet ups and Tacoma fun

Yeah I have backed out of many runs due unfriendly terrain. Joshua tree was fun though.

 

Haven't done that yet, good for 2WD?

 

Some areas yeah but getting to some of mines out there is a big no unless you are on at least 33' full armor and sliders with locker. I really have none of that it's a lot of walking and scouting.

 

I check off on the 33s but I'm SOL on the rest...I'll try to suggest a good place for us to meet up before we head out to the trail and let you know.

 

This Subway is about 20 minutes from the beginning of the trail, would that work as a meet up for everyone?

Not really, although it's hard to find 4WDs to run with us so it wouldn't be a bad place to find people to run with. Also a lot of the run threads for 2WD are way outdated and have turned into random discussion threads. We're planning on going for a ride May 6th if you're up for it in Ramona, CA!

You can bail out at anytime during it. Make a half day of it.

 

It's mainly fire roads, if you need someone with 4wd, you f'd up and went somewhere you shouldn't. Then again that's all part of the fun too right?

 

Bout 1.5 - 2 hours.
