Tacoma Groaning/whine noise

My tacoma started making this whine/groan noise during cold starts , usually goes away within 30 seconds and i notice a similar noise when turning at low speeds. Thought it was the power steering pump and i replaced it and bleed the system like crazy and still the same noise, any advice is appreciated . hopefully the videos can help if not ill try to take better ones.

I also have a whine when cold starting. Goes away quickly. Assumed it was the water pump as it needs replacing

 

Yea im not sure im not getting any other issues with the truck like losing coolant , overheating, or leaks anywhere so not sure what it could be . I will say it makes a groan/whine when Turning at low speeds as well.
