Not yet. I'm in the process of buying and moving into a house. In a couple of weeks I'll be In the house where I have a garage and my tools out of storage to be able to do the install. I'll keep you posted.

I haven't gotten any feed back yet :boink: @MotoEd . If you are interested I can sell you a prototype bracket like I've been running.

Yeah I’d be interested in a prototype. I can even do feedback on it too.

This is literally the only place left I can cleanly mount a radio. And I have a tm281 to open for Christmas.

Ok, I can send you the protos I have left as long as you can install it in a timely manner so I can get some feed back. These brackets will not be coated and they will not be the final design. I have the hardware to secure the radio. I'll include it. I do not have instructions yet so you'll have to be a bit savvy when installing/ trimming. I'll help with whatever questions you do have tho. And I've got some pics from when I installed mine to help.
    Deal?

As for selling the proto's, I've only got these two sets left. I might need to take mine out to send off. If someone can't do the install quick like or backs out, you'll be next.

Sounds like a plan. As far as installing it quickly? No problem. I never have parts laying around for long

Sounds like a deal. I have no issues with install I just cut my center console all apart to install a GMRS radio so this should be relative cake in comparison.

Just depends on price. I’ll drop you a PM.

Actually, I think my twin sticks may interfere with mounting your bracket.

I think one of the mounting points is removed? I’ll let you look at the pics since you know how your bracket fits.

I’m more impressed with the way you rigged up your twin sticks than anything else.

Bilstein 5100 all 4 corners, OME 886 front springs, adda leaf progressive rear packs. Front upper control arms replaced also ,Group 31 battery conversion with Odyssey gel battery . Warn winch bumper and winch. Prinsu roof rack,Full grille replacement with ridgid duallys mounted behind, and 17" SCS bronze wheels with copper 255/80/17 ,
I'd be REALLY interested in the entire setup. I currently have to move my setup from my F250 install to the Tacoma if I go on trip and need Ham. That location is perfect for me.

I could set you up with everything you need, minus some timing/ but its going to be costly.. due to me not being setup for complete packages yet. You would save a mount of cash by getting the things you need direct and cut me as the middle man out. But thats up to you, I know some people appreciate the time savings and are willing to pay for it.

OK if I order some of the stuff direct what info do you need? Maybe if you have a make and model Radio I can get that model if you already have measurements? I have a radio already mounted in my F250 so I will buy new for the Tacoma. Really just need the mount ;)

    Blue Skies,
    Roger

The radio that this bracket is setup for is the Kenwood TM-281a. I can not guarantee this will fit any other radio. Please see the first post and understand there is some trimming; truck parts and a single radio fin.
Once I get feedback as for fitment, I’ll get a run setup.
