These are definitely going to help, and would probably solve the whole issue depending on how heavy you are. At some point, you might jump to Deaver custom packs

Good info thanks, I'd install the Hammer hangers and get your spring rate and a little arch back, and drop a little height. With Dakars and the multiple leafs that stack up under the rear spring eye, I'd rock stock shackles first.

Like these a lot. To bad I already blew my load on All Pro leafs and Dirt King UCAs.

Got these saved though, definitely want. Obviously will have the AP standard pack to place in them.

I have allpro expo pack setting at the garage. My question is do I need shock relocation with the hammer hanger or just install the HH, extended shocks and the allpro expo pack and call it a day?

Hammer hangers do not require any other mods.
But your plan is good: Hammer hangers, Expo springs, and extended shocks will be a great setup

SALE ENDS THURS NOV 30 folks

Shoot, thought I was pretty quick on the ordering. I may have a different address in 5-6 weeks so if you could contact me before it ships that would be ideal.

What would you recommend shock (shock length) wise if using these hangers with the All Pro standard pack (3" lift) and wanting to mount to the OE shock mounts?

Wish I could get in on a set, already blew a crap ton already for BF though.

Something up to 27" extended, 16" compressed, like the Bilstein B110s

    Update:

I've shipped a dozen or so kits out if you ordered hangers and cross tube, working on the rest.

Note: if you ordered shackles, they are taking extra time, but are in process.

Also, 2nd batch of Hammer hangers are being laser cut, a few orders fell into 2nd batch as I noted on my site, hoping to catch up with demand and have kits waiting to ship.

    Here's what is coming

If anyone is on the fence about these Hammer Hangers, don’t. Just get them.

I’m coming from a few different rear suspension set ups.

Starting with a 2014 Prerunner with ProComp leveling lift kit, then a single ProComp AAL.

Then, switched trucks to a 2012 TX Baja with a single ToyTec AAL, to AllPro Standard leaf spring packs, to include the centering axle plate with stock hangers.

Then to the Archive Garage shackle flip kit with 1/8” spacer from Archive Garage, and now...Deaver U402’s with the Archive Garge Hammger Hangers.

It’s only been half a day but with the added weight to my rear (SnugTop Super Sport camper shell, Pelfreybilt standard rear bumper with swing out gate and full-size spare 285’s)...the ride is comfortable and I no longer have to worry about excessive load stressing the AllPro Standard leaf spring packs.

Since I already had the Archive Garage shackle flip kit, installing the Hammer Hangers was fairly simple since the grinding and drilling was already done.

Some photos during the install today...
