Hangers, RXT leaf pack (option 2), Archive u-bolt flip, and Archive speed bumps all installed earlier this week. The improvement in ride quality, both on and offroad, is real and impressive. I'm not saying anything new here. Just another pleased customer.

Everyone is probably familiar with hitting any bump and having the whole rear end rattle like it's coming apart. With the added hangers, that rattle is completely gone. The whole truck feels tight and connected. If I drove daily in a place with perfect roads and never hit the dirt, I think I would have a hard time identifying ride quality improvement. But if you drive anywhere with sub-par roads or go offroad, this really is a must. Completely changes the experience.

Thank you very much, happy to be used to improve your truck, and glad you got great service at Aiden James.

Thank you Coop, your feedback is appreciated and helps confirm the results, because it is hard to believe the stock hangers are that poor

Looks great, Andy! You'll notice a night and day difference with that camper. Especially, in the turns! BTW, Highway One is open if you want to test them out

I was going to say that as well, the stock hangers flex side to side, up down, all around

Thanks for the suggestion Ryan! Unfortunately I drove up 101 this Wednesday and just missed it.☹️ Heading to Oregon for a final refit and then driving to the east coast, just bought our tickets to London and working on a shipping date

The Golden Crack in Moab damn near got my rear shackle fully drooped with the bolts almost in line. The shocks I'm running are 10.5" and require up travel to be slightly limited. I was trying to have the best of both world's without doing a shock relocation, but the only downfall is that you can only do slow speed off roading. Anything that will cause the bumps to slam at high speeds will break/bend something because the shock will be fully compressed with no where to go.

A customer did some impromptu "destructive testing" on the Hammer hangers (this one is version 2).

Looks like a very hard hit based on crush to rear of cab, and axle pushed far forward.

I'm happy because our high quality welds and material didn't crack, and even the powder coat held up. The lower portion of Hh doesn't appear to be tweaked at all.

What a bummer, but they held up great to that hit. I'd be pissed at losing the truck and the thought of having to install those again.

Yeah, losing a modded vehicle sucks.
Plus imagine having something cut into your cab a foot behind your head/back

HH with shackels n bits showed up!!
Gotta wait till friends truck is done first though. Then we can figure a time to install.
Plus gives me a lil extra to relocate my spare before the cross tube arrives. And I still need to call Radflo for the new rear shocks for the relocation when they come.

Looks like I should have ordered the cross tube when I first installed these. :pout:

No impacts or jumps, but it’s starting to bend outward.

Hopefully it’s something I can fix. I’ll post more detailed photos once the truck is clean.

Holy crap. That means your actual frame is twisting and bending because no way the HH are being bent.

That’s what I thought too, but HH paint is flaking off at the weld, so I’m guessing both?

No worries if there is problem with Hh, we will replace it, but I am skeptical the Hh bent.

Did you modify the stock cross member at all?

I have not. I’ll clean the dirt off and upload, text, or email photos.

These have been on for a while with no issues, but I can’t say I’ve really ever checked the spacing after I installed them, either.
