I ground the heads flush and attempted to punch them out, with no success. What ultimately worked was using a ball joint press and a grade 8 bolt and pressed them out. Either an air hammer or a torch woulda been much easier.

Finaly got mine installed, and just like everyone said the ride is AMAZING! Verry solid feel, its amazing how much slop and flex the stock hangers have.

Hammer Hangers, Shackles, Cross Tube and the Icon RXT Stage 2 Kit with bumps. Installed by myself and took about 10 hours start to finish, including drilling out the extra 8 rivits to mount the RXT bump kit. Used the grind and drill out methond on all of them, had no luck with a punch and hammer, however, using a sharp drill bit makes a huge difference. Also replaced my AAL with the RXT leaffs that I installed on option 3. With my Decked system and Leer 100XQ weighing about 400 pounds, my hub to fender measured about 24” with combo

Going to be installing this tomorrow to hopefully help level the truck out a bit, and to match that solid feel in the rear!

Hey guys, if I’m planning on running the TC spring under kit which hanger would I go with. I know the TC kit is designed to have the stock hanger so just curious which to order.

Hey, with the Mid travel SUA springs, I recommend the Hammer hangers with the 4.5" shackles for most travel and proper function. TC uses same springs as the Archive SUA conversion kit FYI

They work great with stock springs, my personal experience is same as others with stock springs that said the ride was transformed and rides more like a car. You'll get the ride and durability, only thing is stock springs dont get more droop due to low arch
