HUGE thank you for posting the comparison of the hangers side by side. It was hard to tell from the pics, and I was thinking that these hung a lot lower than they actually do. Looks like they're barely longer than the stock ones.

From what I remember, the AG HH's are about 1" lower that the OEM shackle hangers.

Thanks, that's not bad at all. I'll take 1" lower over the cons of a shackle flip any day. I see one of these in my future.

This may be a long shot since this is a pretty new product, but is anyone running this with Dakar’s and a shock relocate, either 12” or 14”? Curious how much they’ll flex and if a 12” or 14” shock is better.

Alright...just to be clear...Archive HH's with stock shackles and All Pro Offroad Expo's will net 1/2" lift? I'm good with that.

Doesn't help that its a long bed with a HC rear, bed rack, RTT, rotopax and 82qt ARB Fridge/Freezer. I might need to weigh my corners and order some custom U402's in the future.

So I'm spring over and have a few questions.
Maybe more for @ARCHIVE but any info is great.

With the hammer hangers, they move the pivot point rearward, doesn't the shackle in tension want to still run straight up and down with the truck weight sitting on the ground?
Doesn't moving the hanger pivot rearward move the axle rearward also having the tires closer to the rear of the wheel well opening?

Lastly, just so I under stand, the 4.9" shackles with the hammer hangers would net a person 1/4" less in lift height compared to stock hanger and stock shackle?
    Thanks.

Also along with my last questions (2up) @ARCHIVE - Eric
Is there any other shackles in a 4.375" range that would work with this setup to net 0 + or - lift? that would allow a 3" off the shelf spring to keep 3" of lift.
With a 3" lift is there anything in the ways of King shock in the stock location to take full advantage of this hanger setup? I think 26" extended 15"colapcoll is said needed, but I don't see anything from them in that range.

You may want to double check the clearance of this bolt (circled in red). I know on a stock setup, the bolt has to be facing out since the threaded end makes contact with the stock hanger (found this out through personal experience). I don't know if the Archive setup allows for a little more clearance for the bolt to be oriented the way you have it or if you'll have to turn it around just to be safe.
On my stock setup, the end of the bolt was making contact with the hanger and I developed a nasty squeak during articulation as the bolt began to self-clearance on the stamped-steel stock hanger.
Not knocking the design (I want these), just giving you a heads up and passing along info that I learned the hard way.

Edit: looking closely at the other pictures you posted, you may already be touching.

You are correct. My instructions say to have that particular bolt threads point outboard, and wavey and I talked about it.
    Thanks for commenting on it

I realize I quoted an old post and hope he corrected it by now, but I didn't see that it had been mentioned yet.

I chase down squeaks religiously on my truck and that one was elusive until it was stupidly obvious. The stock hanger had a shiny polished arch gouged out of it where the bolt had been rubbing and all the coating was gone and metal deformed.

I know what you're saying, but most aftermarket springs are longer than stock, in which case the shackle ends up being straight up with HH . Having the shackle pivot point located back a bit contributes a little to ride compliance as well with the longer springs. 4.9" would be about 1/4" lower, which is really negligible in my opinion

You can ran Tundra 3.9" shackles in the HH.
I'm not familiar with King offerings for stock location, but I know they offer extended length lower rod ends.

Thanks Eric, any TW deals going on or coming up on the HH along with the 4.9" shackles?
