so, I just ripped a bunch of unused and unneeded wires from an aftermarket horn and light bar and spotter lights off my truck, and now my truck sometimes has power to light up the lights, and yet when I go to start it it goes completely dead and all the lights go out. I’ve had a probe to the fuses, and when I touch them with my probe the lights work, everything lights up, but the starter only clicks because not enough power going through the probe. What in the worlds going on?

The starter clicks rapidly due to not receiving enough voltage. There are a few things that can keep the full voltage from getting to the starter motor. Must common is battery cables/terminals corrosion interfering with proper contact and thus proper voltage making it to the starter. The 3 ground cables in the engine bay need to be in functioning order as well.
