I've got an '06 and i'm in South Carolina. That said, I bought one of the TRD Pro kits and am told it will raise the front suspension maybe by 1.5 in. Many are going with General Springs or an AAL. I have Toyota replacement packs on mine but I'm not carrying anything so its fairly level. Will the medium duty springs give me a rake or level the truck out? A bit of rake would be ok, but I don't want it looking like an old street racer with shackles, etc. That would be too much lift in the back.

It’s going to take the truck . These are design to ride at 3 inches of lift with a loaded truck. The only difference between the 2 is the amount of load they are designed to hold but they are both designed for closer to 3 inches of lift so you have half an inch or so with 2.5 inches of lift.

Thank you. I think what you're saying is that these are going to be too much lift...?

Probably for what u want yes :). Be like 3 inches taller in the rear than the front with no weight and only a 1.5 front lift

Getting ready to put in my order. I've got 5100's all around with front set at 0, steel regular rear bumper, full bed rack with hi-lift attached, and run a RTT about 6 months out of the year. Right now I've got a good bit of sag with OEM leafs and a 1" block. I'm leaning towards the 5+1, but not sure I carry enough weight to justify it. Any feedback from the knowledgeable ones?

No, but when I do go that route it will be with a different bumper / high clearance.

    Meh I like to
Buy once cry once. If your plans are for
    Heavier stuff I would go
    Heavier Springs your lift will
End up around the same with both around 3 inches once settled or
So you will have more capacity with the 5 pack though.
