Those weight numbers are more than I plan to carry everyday and I just got rid of the camper. I'm going to do my rack out of aluminum if I can so I don't think I'll have that much weight.
I'm interested in seeing how it works out for you so let me know.

4+1 pack may be better suited for you.
What are you gonna weigh loaded down?

Depending on how much gear I pick up, will probably be 300lb loaded. This application seems more for constant load and I plan to spend most of the time empty since I mainly commute with the truck.
Am I correct that empty its assuming a 4" overall? If so, that would be way more than I want to go.

around their put a bit of weight in them and they settle to around 3-3.5 inches nicely though. I wanted my truck to look the way it looks 99% and funtction with a loaded bed and or trailer instead of droopy. Example this trailer is way overloaded with 13 lengths of treated 6x6 boards 20ft long. Each one is around 300lbs as you can see the truck hendled it great vers before it would be flat on the bumpstops

Seriously considering getting a set of these. Do they work with the AllPro Ubolt flip kit? Also any idea what shipping to 22030 would be for the HD 5+1 pack?

I have the AP flip kit, yes they work. Ubolts may or may not be long enough. I had super long ubolts prior to this leafpack (had a 2" block on my expo pack.) So I cut them off to length once installed.

Yep it will work u bolts need to be around 7.5 inches long to do it. Shipping seems to be around $75 to that area if you pm me I can get you an exact quote :)
