Underworld Flex trifold, tinted, TRDPRO grill, TRDPRO shift knob, etc,etc

It sounds like an ecm issue of some sort. Dealer should have bee able to isolate the communication issue, and the wrecking yard could be your new found friend for '16 parts. Some even have some pretty good knowledge and techs.
