    did the same thing to me. the first time it said i had wrong information. the second time it gave me the error again but no reason for the error, but it did actually go through. wait a little for an conformation email before you try again.

    i just talked to a customer service rep and they said to log into my account again in like 20 minutes. apparently they are doing a system update. I hope multiple transactions didnt go through. It never got to anywhere to finalize payment. the furthest i got was the page to put in email and either send as gift or for goods or whatever. never even got to the screen where you can add a note with payment or anything. I guess ill wait a bit and try again.
