Have about a 1 inch driver's side lean (depending on fuel level) with the stock suspension. It's not really noticeable from the front but can be somewhat noticeable for a Tacoma owner from the back. I've noticed similar leaning on some other 3rd gens I've stopped behind in traffic or in parking lots.

Obviously this isn't a big deal or enough of a pain to got out and get spacers and stuff but I'm wondering if an easy fix would be to put something reasonably heavy (a cinderblock just for example) in the passenger side backseat for a few weeks and if that would help permanently settle the suspension? Or would the suspension go uneven again as soon as the heavy weight is removed?

edit: sorry, wrong forum but i'm sure 2nd gen owners can chime in since this particular issue affects both gens.

A cinderblock in the backseat isn't going to do anything for it.

Of all the common issues on the Tacoma, this is the least one deserving of any attention.

It's something I consider when doing mods. I put my oba tank and compressor in the bedwall in front of the RR tire and if the battery ever gets moved it would be to the passenger side but between you, the battery, and the fuel tank there's 300-400lbs more on the drivers side so it's not a minor correction to even it out solely with weight. I use my truck for work which helps me balance it better.
