The OEM springs are side specific to account for the extra weight on the driver side. If you have a lean, and the TSB was performed, chances are, they swaped the front springs to the different sides.

I had a lean before and after the TSB- and confirmed with the dealer that springs were in the correct location

Aftermarket springs are not side specific. You have to add a 1/4 spacer, or trim packer to the driver side for it to sit level.

If this is true then I have to say it must be a FRONT suspension issue right? I wonder if the driver side front spring is dipping-which would cause the passenger side rear side to lift, making the driver side rear appear to drop when it really is normal? Is there lean in your driverside front too?

I have air lift bags on my truck and it sits very level with about 2 - 3 PSI more in the driver side.

Here's my measurements (Ground to Fender, I used this to install my WD hitch and needed these measurements).

    Front Driver: 35"
Rear Driver: 36.5" (13 PSI in bags)

    Front Passenger: 35"
Rear Passenger: 36.5" (10 PSI in bags)

That's not very encouraging considering the issue was present from day one. I had my TSB done within two months of owning the truck

anyone know where to get the spacer/leveling shim?

I am rubbing like crazy on my inner fender right now, just on the driver side cause of the lean. If I cut out any more plastic I wont have an inner fender....

Yes. It is called a "Top Load Spacer". Wheelers calls theirs the "Lift Enhancement Kit".

10MM Lift Enhancer Kit: $56.00 for the kit. For additional 1/2"-5/8" approx lift. Installs on top of the upper strut plate, doesn't effect ride. Kit includes two chrome plated steel spacers and an extended stud kit.

I believe it fits stock setups? Best to call Wheelers and confirm.

Correct, but that 10mm gives almost an inch on our trucks. If you have 1/2" lean, get a 1/4" spacer. if you have more than that, try swaping sides with the shocks.

Or put a lot of weight on the passenger side to compensate for the lean. My top 5 ideas:

    1. Make friends with a guy who weighs three times what you do and offer him rides everywhere you go.

    2. Put QTY 6-8 80lb concrete bags in the bed along the passenger side.

    3. Remove the passenger seat and replace with a gun safe of 300lbs or more

    4. Use about QTY 50 tie downs to pull the passenger side suspension down a bit

    5. Just accept it and get a bumper sticker that says, "Fat Ass On Board", or "If you think this Truck is leaning now wait til after I eat lunch".

The result from taking it to the dealer was that the new springs have to settle in before they can do anything and to take it back in a month and if the proplem still exist then it could be defective springs and they will have to change them. If the lean is within a 1/4 that its fine its just the weight of the gas tank and battery. but if its stays at 1"1/4 they will figure out what can be done. So now I have to wait a month from now.
