I bounce around to them all but I've had no issues. I will check the product maker site sometimes for better deals on shipping times.

 

I get free patches with my orders.., I guess I’m easy to please. No complaints here.

I have owned numerous Toyota vechicles in my life and have spent countless amount of money on accessories for all my tacomas and tundras.In my 62 years of buying goodies for my truck, I must say Tacoma lifestyle is by far the worst company I have dealt with. Their main concern is to tell you what you want to hear with no follow through.Here are some issues I had on my purchase. Was told item was in stock.Was not in stock.My card was charged right away and I got part 3 weeks later.Part came in damaged and now they want take it back.I was told it's my responsibility to prove to FedEx that it was broken in shipping.I don't have the part I need and now my money is tied up with this claim.Please dont make the same mistake I did.Do not purchase from Tacoma Lifestyle.I will keep you updated on this nightmare.

 

I gave you a chance in the beginning as a customer and Im sorry to say you broke the trust.I appreciate you offering to ship out a new replacement order but I just want to be done with Tacoma Lifestyle.Like any bad relationship,it's time to move on.I would like to pay shipping and any reasonable restock fee,even though it came in damaged, and have the balance applied back to my card.I'm being beyond accommodating and I hope you respond in the same manner.I do not have order number handy but I do have the following.

Has anyone else noticed how quickly that they responded with an automated and political type response? Tacoma Lifestyle is all fluff with no genuine concern for you or me as consumers.No prompt resolution as they so claim.No talking to a live person.I'm on a fixed retired income and this amount of money is important to me.Can anyone give me some suggestions?

They told me on multiple occasions on here and their support email they were going to "fix my issue right away" never did lol

 

I just got my new led rear license plate lights. I think I have had maybe 4 or 5 orders with them. I have always got top notch service and I live in Canada and all border fees and duties are always included. Sometimes when I order stuff online I get a bill a few weeks later from say Fed ex saying you owe us $100 for the duties and what not never with these guys. And the tan hoodies are super awesome.

Tacoma Lifestyle had been getting a bit of flack here lately so I wanted to post my positive experience wit them. I emailed @tacomalifestyle on Monday 9-18 at around 12PM about a warranty claim, sent details and pictures. Relieved a reply from Ben at 1:45PM the same day that they would replace the part in question, and at 4:45 PM the same day received an email confirming the order for the replacement part. The next day, 9-19 received email that the shipping label had been created, 9-21 email that my item had shipped, and the box just showed up this afternoon 9-23.
I have ordered from Tacoma Lifestyle a couple of times and other than taking a few days for things to ship have had no issues.

I have used tacomalifestyle for all my truck purchases so far and have loved working with them. Support teams great and i always get my items with a very swift turnaround time. Im actually looking to put another order in for some meso tail lights, 3rd brake light and other odds and ends!
Any idea when a discount code will be avaliable?

Every post from this company is about “trying to make it right”. From what I’ve seen I would never buy from Tacoma or 4Runner lifestyle. I suggest that people that have had a bad experience leave a Google review. This will ensure that a search for this company will help others make an informed decision if they buy from them or not. DO NOT leave a review on a company website. 90% of the time an e-commerce site is built on Shopify and that platform allows the site owner to only display reviews that they approve. My wife and I own a digital marketing company and work with many e-commerce clients. Google just changed how reviews will affect ranking and SERP. Honest google reviews and posts that mention them in the title will give potential customers the info they need to not buy from them when they do a search.

 

If your package gets lost by UPS then you’re shit out of luck with Tacoma lifestyle. I order taillights from them, UPS lost it, but UPS tried several times to contact them so they could get the money back and get a new one sent out to me.

I went back and forth with Truman and UPS so they could process the claim, but he kept saying they never saw the snail mail or email from UPS. Then they just stopped answering my emails all together…. Out $350 bucks and haven’t bought anything else from them since.
