I ordered while I saw they were in stock…

… but it is week 3 now.

 

Back in 2021, I ordered some outside mirror sequential turn signal lights for my Limited Nightshade. Shipment was immediate and they're still working fine today. My only regret is ordering the darkest lens model. They're barely seen in bright daylight. But that's on me.

 

This "can be" normal for any company. It can take a while when they use regular shipping. Most companies don't have pick up every weekday. I have worked for a company & ran the entire warehouse. Sometimes our packages would sit waiting for UPS to come get them. If a label is created within 4 days, that's pretty good. A 3 week wait is a lot for "Label Created" and that tells you it has not been picked up, but has been processed at the warehouse. That said, shit is not organized like 10 years ago & it sucks

But I do agree. WTF 3 weeks kinda leaves a bad taste in the mouth

 

I havent gotten “label created” yet.

 

I’ve ordered multiple times from them and so far I haven’t had any issues. First time I ordered the Cali raised cat covers. I got them in about 10 days. Wasn’t too bad since I ordered the week of thanksgiving. And recently got some DD Fog Lamps and I received them pretty quickly.

They were in stock the day I ordered them. But now it is 6-8 weeks on top of the 3 weeks ago that I ordered(?)

Uhhh, so do I cancel and order direct from Diode Dynamics? They say 3-4 weeks if I order today.

 

I placed several orders with them over the past few weeks. Everything came quick and without issue. I ordered one wrong part, need to return, and trying to get ahold of support is impossible. They don't answer on the website, or to the text message number.

Is my only option to do a chargeback?

 

Cant speak for Tacoma Lifestyle, but for anyone thats wondering, don't order from The YotaGarage. I once ordered from them, that was a mistake. Prior to ordering I found some forum reviews that seemed good, but after ordering I noticed pages of Google reviews all saying they never ship orders and you can't get a hold of them. After not seeing anything ship for a couple weeks I tried calling for days, no answer, but I was able to finally get an email through to cancel the order.

 

Just post in here, they will reply in 2-4 months wanting to "make it right" and "send you some goodies", and assure you that this is "abnormal"

 

Yup. These guys don't contribute shit to TW, they just use this place as damage control.
