    I actually got a message today saying they’re willing to cancel/refund when I told them to do so they said Sherpa already sent it out and expedited the rack. I’m not sure if they’re being honest but we’ll see

    Good luck seems to be their MO though and only with tacoma lifestyle site their other sites don't seem to have the same issues. I know ppl that love 4runner lifestyle. I'm just glad I held off from making a purchase!

    they told me the same bs “its already shipped”
    when i finally recieved it, the shipping date was two weeks after they told me it was already shipped lol. this is AFTER i told them to cancel my order already. im done with those dudes

    Same. Said Sherpa was shipping it directly. I hope yours finally came in.

    I have two orders with TL and Friday I get an automated email saying the other item shipped, not the rack. Just some lights. When I checked the ups tracking, 50 lbs. from Sherpa outdoor. So at this point I know it’s the rack, not goddamn the lights. That’s totally fine, the rack was the big purchase, and the oldest. So the rack did come today. Tite.. But, I got a weird feeling because now their website says I have my lights. Judging by how it’s gone with the roof rack, I’m pretty sure at this point that there’s no way I’ll get the other order now unless I email them, again. So I reach out and explain what’s happening and the dude just tells me it’s saying my lights were delivered. I then sent a screenshot of the delivery confirmation from ups that matches the tracking for the lights they say they shipped, and he didn’t really acknowledge it. Just that he “escalated it” and to reach back out to them tomorrow… Dude, acknowledge y’all clearly didn’t ship the other order and give me some sort of confidence my money hasn’t been flushed down the toilet. I will never do business with these guys again.

    @tacomalifestyle I am not a happy camper right now! It’s been a solid week since I’ve ordered from your company and I’ve received zero communication or updates. I also sent an email (via your “contact us) on Saturday Nov 25th explaining that I’m an Over The Road Truck Driver and I’m only on Home Time once every 6-8 weeks. I NEED my order by the 4th of Dec! I received no comm back! I do not have any hope at this point that will happen so now I’ve got to order the same stuff from a diff company just so I can receive it on time unless you get on this and ship it right away!! My order # 123125 order on Nov 22nd. If you don’t have any items please advise ASAP but everything showed in stock at time of ordering. This is your one chance to make this right, this was my first order with you. I’ve done my part, please do yours. I’ve already received all my other orders from 3 diff companies ordered on the same day all for my Tacoma. Let’s get it in gear @tacomalifestyle

    I created an account here just to reply to this thread. The email responses I have seen within this thread are the exact same that I have received from your customer service department via email (who doesn't have a phone number these days?). "Delayed as a result of a sale we had", "Shipping from the manufacturer", which I called and spoke to Valerie at AlphaRex, and from their website fulfillment is ONLY 3-5 business days. My order was placed on 12/4 and I have yet to receive a shipping notification from either your company, or AlphaRex. As someone that works daily in customer service, this is blatant disregard for the customer and a poor business model to have adhered to for what seems like a substantial amount of time. If I took a week to fulfill the order of someone that paid money for the products I supply, I would have been out of a job the first week. The only two courses of action as of this moment are either a full refund, or shipment of the item that I paid your company money for.

    Every post from this company is about “trying to make it right”. From what I’ve seen I would never buy from Tacoma or 4Runner lifestyle. I suggest that people that have had a bad experience leave a Google review. This will ensure that a search for this company will help others make an informed decision if they buy from them or not. DO NOT leave a review on a company website. 90% of the time an e-commerce site is built on Shopify and that platform allows the site owner to only display reviews that they approve. My wife and I own a digital marketing company and work with many e-commerce clients. Google just changed how reviews will affect ranking and SERP. Honest google reviews and posts that mention them in the title will give potential customers the info they need to not buy from them.

    Just cancel the order. Alpharex is t worth your money and it doesn’t sound like supporting this company is either.

    I waited about 2 weeks for an order placed before the holidays, understandable considering the rush. When I found the shipment to be missing an item, they were super prompt to ship a new one that got to me in a couple days. Happy overall.

    On November 24th I ordered DD fog lights from this company. A week to ship, a week for FedEx to deliver them. The wrong item was sent. Contacted them and they sent a return label and said they would promptly ship out the right item. On December 26th I received the fog lights. In the whole process they did send me two separate $20 gift certificates for my trouble. Fog lights aren't a must have item so at the end of the day I guess it wasn't a big deal.

    That said I find this thread interesting. Probably about a year ago I ordered a Molly panel from a company that took at least a month to ship it. I started a thread similar to this and was just eviscerated for having the audacity to complain about slow shipping. I received responses like "I ordered a bumper 6 months ago and still haven't received it and you don't hear me complaining". I couldn't help but wonder if some of those responses were from burner accounts the company had made. At least this guy is trying to help.

    Thanks TacomaLifestyle. I did reach out to you guys via email and got an update on my order. I do have a question though, what does "custom-ordered" means? I was told that my order was a custom-order and that it has a 3-4 week lead time. There was nothing about that on your website when I made my order.

    Also, your CSR(Ben) said "It will be delivered this week or next week at the latest" this email was sent on Dec 25th. Please, can I get a concrete answer to when I can expect my order to arrive.

    @tacomalifestyle I ordered a cat shield and some door covers for Black Friday, but only received the door covers. I opened a ticket in mid December and was told they were delayed based on manufacturer. I am concerned as my order says complete/delivered, but I have yet to get an update on cat shield (even just an update on order). I sent a follow up email last week and have yet to hear back. Can you help here?

    Update: After been told 3 times that my order will "ship this week" I was told that the item I ordered is in a little bit of a lead time(there was nothing about lead times on the website when I placed my order) and was still out for a few weeks with an anticipated ship date of Feb 1st - 8th. I ask for a cancellation and refund, let's see how it goes with that.

    I placed an order with Taco Garage for a Pro grille and they said they had a 10 day lead time for that. That part has already shipped and I haven't heard a thing from TacomaLifestyle which had no mention of lead times or the product I ordered being out of stock.
