I’ve ordered a lot from Tacoma Lifestyle and had ZERO issues. Happy to continue to give them my $.

 

I'm having trouble getting in touch with them about an order. Where did you find a contact number? They're not responding to emails...

 

Anyone have a phone number for these guys? I've been trying to get them to credit my account for a cancelled order since December 1 of last year?

 

hmm I guess they’re pretty consistent about not getting back to customers. I don’t buy the “we’re a small business…” excuse. I’ve dealt with many small companies with excellent customer service. If it were $50 I’d let my inquiry go, but close to 1k they’re not refunding me is quite shady. Especially if you’re gonna put “We’ve Got Your Back, Prime Customer Service” on your website!

 

I reached out to them for an order. Basically, they are a 3rd party store. So expect delays. The only reason I got it from them is because I couldn't find it anywhere else. They had every version of the item I wanted except a certain color. Tacoma Lifestyle said "in stock". Well, 2 weeks later I send an email and they did get back to me but they said it comes from the source and they ship it when they get it. So basically I am just waiting now... TBH, I would never buy something I needed quickly, or expensive from a store like this. I'll give em a month and if nothing ships, cancel it and I'll go with my second color choice on the manufactures website.

 

You canceled on Dec 1st and still haven't been refunded? You should have contacted your CC company weeks ago and had them do a charge back.

 

I have still dealing with that too. It’s a shame too cause I would have kept buying from them but, oh well. I would encourage my fellow TW members to buy wisely and watch out on the high ticket items. I’m now extra Leary about companies the don’t have a phone number to call for customer concerns.

Figured I'd drop a comment now that what I ordered is out for delivery.

Ordered the organizer kit and coin bucket on 22 January. Tracking says out for delivery today. I received a shipment notification 24 January. So far a good experience.

 

Well, I was happy...

Ordered a black matte reflective TRD skid plate insert and was sent a white one. The product is actually from TufSkinz and it even says what color it should be, but it's white. At first I thought the white was a protective layer and tried many times to remove it, even using heat, but nope. It's white. Emailed TacomaLifestyle to see what the deal is and about getting the correct one. Unfortunately, when I checked TufSkinz directly they didn't have that color listed. Two other users on this forum have reported getting from TufSkinz directly with no issues. When I look, there is not option for matte black reflective. There is Gloss black, and flat black. So I went through TL. Here is some pics:

 

Buy a can of matte black spray paint from the local hardware store and give 'em 3 coats.

 

Shouldn't have to for $50 tho...

I don't want matte black. I want the matte black (it's actually a satin black) that is "reflective". Saw it posted by two users in the "what have you done thread" and the reflective is a nice little touch. And it's not super reflective. It's just eye catching. Much more than matte or flat.

There are some very good companies that have figured out how to operate their entire business very well, not just deposit the order funds into their bank. When have we relaxed our expectations? Even all adults now get a trophy? What has happened to us?

Ordered from them several times with no problems but I only order in stock stuff.

 

I got my struts from them super fast. I'm sure supply and covid caused manpower shortages is the issue.

 

FYI, your struts are probably my FAVORITE mod of all.
