    Been 3 weeks on a set of Morimoto XB LED Headlights that I purchased from @tacomalifestyle. I also ordered a set of morimoto xb foglights in the same order and those came in promptly on one of two tracking numbers that was assigned to my order. They have responded to my emails saying the headlights shipped this week and gave me a UPS tracking number that was assigned to the headlights part of the order and its not updated since March 7th! UPS always updates there tracking once they receive the item from the seller. I am just really frustrated, I really want the headlights but I want the tracking info to update if they have shipped. To be fair to @tacomalifestyle I have purchased plenty from them in the past and had zero problems, so I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I am going to give them until friday for something to change or the tracking info to update or ask for an immediate refund. I sent them an email tonight saying the same thing that they had until friday which I think is fair especially because when I ordered the headlights it said they were in stock and ready to ship! Will update the thread when I find out something.

    Well I was contacted from a user on tac@tacomalifestyle this morning saying he was truly sorry and was gonna personally look into this for me and get me an answer ASAP!! He told me to contact him via his personal tacomalifestyle email which I prompltly did. He hasn’t responded back yet, like I said in one of my post earlier I am gonna give them till Friday the 25th to let me have an idea when my headlights are gonna ship, if they have shipped, or what is going on or I am gonna ask for an immediate refund. I feel like @tacomalifestyle is gonna make it right….will keep the thread updated with developments!!

    Update:
    Carson from @tacomalifestyle got intouch with me today and found out that UPS has lost the package. I totally understand that, packages do get lost. @tacomalifestyle is going to be sending me another set of morimoto xb amber led headlights out, which I am happy to see they are gonna make this right. I will update the thread again when @tacomalifestyle sends me my new tracking number for the new set of headlights. I hope @tacomalifestyle has the new headlights shipped to me next week. Also carson is gonna send me some free swag for my troubles which I appreciated. Will keep the thread updated.

    Just got my new tracking number from UPS that @tacomalifestyle sent me!! The expected delivery day is now Thursday the 31st!! Just wanted to give a big thanx to Carson from @tacomalifestyle for making this right!! @tacomalifestyle will continue to receive my business and everyone on this site should have no reservations about purchasing from them! Will send the last update when the headlights arrive. THANX AGAIN CARSON AND @tacomalifestyle

According to the items’ descriptions on your site, they should have shipped out 2 weeks ago.     Exactly! I fail to see how a company’s low staffing or ineptness is the customer’s problem. So tired of hearing “we are so understaffed today blah blah blah.” If you don’t intend to provide excellent service and hire the people needed to do so, then don’t open or run a business where you pretend to be professional at the store front or front counter.

    @tacomalifestyle I understand you guys are a small company and it takes a while to get orders going and out the door, but it is insanely frustrating when I am given a delivery date that is straight up false. It has been almost a week and a half since I ordered my product and I have been given no information about my package. I would be fine if you told me it would take a week or 2, but being lied to is frustrating and makes me loose my trust with your company. You guys have great products but need to get your shit together!
