IIRC if you get a 6" lift you had to cut the front crossmember. So I would say no, you can't really go back to stock.

You can if you can get another cross member and weld it back in.... It will be close to stock, but not exactly stock. Some members on here have first hand experience with it...but I forget who.

If it's just a matter of vibrations, there are ways of dealing with it. (One-piece driveshaft, 6" leaf pack instead of blocks, etc.)

Have you tried to take it to a driveline/lift specialist? A real wheel alignment garage maybe? They can probably help you better in person.

I have no vibrations with my zone 4" lift. Seeing you have a 6" lift yours came with a 4" block in rear. I would reccomend adding a 3leaf progressive pack and a small tapered block or a new leaf pack. Also your kit should have come with some thick silver spacers. Look under your truck and see if they installed these to lower your carrier bearing. If they did then try removing them and see if helps or worsens. I never installed mine and don't have any vibrations. Also make sure whoever installed your lift on the lift blocks they installed them going the right direction. They should taper towards the front of the truck
