Hells and fins are great! They can be decieving from the vids on the net. But as stated before the really challenging obstacles all have bypasses, they just all the attention because of the difficulty of them, and the carnage they can cause.

    Pets

Activities with pets are very limited at Canyonlands. Pets are not allowed on hiking trails or anywhere in the backcountry. Pets may not accompany groups traveling by four-wheel-drive vehicle, mountain bike or boat.

Pets may accompany visitors in the developed campgrounds, and may be walked in the park along paved roads. Pets may also accompany visitors traversing the Potash/Shafer Canyon road between Moab and the Island in the Sky. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside a vehicle.

    Important!
The desert can be deadly for pets. Car temperatures rise quickly in the sun, even on cool days. Your pet can easily die of heat exhaustion. If you are leaving a pet in a car, crack the windows as much as possible and leave water to drink. We recommend you not leave pets in the car at all when temperatures are above 68 degrees, even with the windows cracked.

arches is the same way....most national parks have similar regulations where they can only be in the vehicle, walked on a road, in a picnic area or in a developed camp ground

main reason why i haven't been to RMNP in so long because i hate leaving my dog at home when i go out hiking and they are ban hammered

Yeah...well it looks like I will be the only one from the south east (Virginia doesn't count) so why not just rep 2 states instead of one right?

Cool pics again. Most look like they're from Cruise Moab events. I've done all those trails except for Elephant Hill. Don't ask me why but I've never been out to EH. Might be on my list this year.
