    I can get up that first hill shown in the video wich I guess is slickrock off the arroyo before moon rocks, but I can't get up snoopy (going the right way anyway:D:cool:) lol and haven't attempted going up dragon's back....

    well im getting close to having my list done, lind up the labor for my gears and rear locker, now a matter of getting budbuilt skids and than i think i just need a full size spare, me and my welder need to spend some time building a carrier though :p

    spotting is a great luxury to have for sure..couple things..
    1. know your spotter and pay attention to them, block out the 10 other voices, trust the one that you believe will get you through in your best interest.
    2 & 3. simple is better. big thing that work for us, use driver and passenger as a direction, that way there is no mistaking which direction. vocal directions can do 10x more good than pointing/waving/jumping up and down.
    4. experience will come, and events like this and wheeling with other tacos in general is a great advantage because we're all familiar with what are trucks can do. if you are spotting a truck that you have seen on the trail or have driven, you have a better idea of what line is right and wrong for the truck and the obstacle.

    when in doubt, park at a safe point, get out and discuss the line with your spotter making sure that you both are on the same page and have your safety and truck's safety as the #1 priority

    also, keep the speed down and reasonable for the obstacle at hand. only use the "moab bump" when your vehicle will not run the risk of tipping, you won't smack your driveshaft or other under carriage items, and start slow and gain momentum as your attempts increase...but know when to back down

    no need to "hop" your truck up a hill, this increases your chances of breaking axles.
