    i second the generic idea....way too much work to have 50 personalized t-shirts...would save $$ too

    IMO TW needs to be on this list as well.

    The significance of TacomaWorld cannot be downplayed. Even though tcbob might have been reluctant to allow the use of "TacomaWorld" in the naming of the event, it does not mean that we should pretend that TW has no role to play. It would have been impossible to organize this without TW.

LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
    My vote if it counts for anything, is that they say the name of the meet on the front and the sponsors names on the back.

    I think a thank you TW for providing us the space to organize the even is appropriate
    Just because they don't want to endorse the event doesn't mean we can't thank them publicly

    I put up a website so if you wanted to personalized shirts on your own I'm going to get one or two made on my own so I'm not wearing is a sticker that says hello my name is. I'm definitely going to get one or possibly two of the event shirts to have when I get back home and if the sponsors have cool off-road shirts possibly some of them I can never have enough t-shirts :D LOL

    AGREEDED! i wouldn't even be thinking of going to Moab or modding the truck for that matter had it not been for this place! Plus look at the friendships that have been made. TW NEEDS to be on the shirt if the other sponsors are

    Bad ass!

    wow..this thing..is getting huge haha 4wdDrive magazine will want in before ya know it haha are we gonna be interviewed..hahaha

    :goingcrazy: THIS WILL BE EPIC!!!!

    just keep in mind, this is only a gathering...for permit purposes the event must adhere to the following...

    § 2932.12 When may BLM waive the requirement to obtain a permit?
    We may waive the requirement to obtain a permit if:
    (d) The use is an organized group activity or event that—
    (1) Is not commercial;
    (2) Is not publicly advertised;
    (3) Poses no appreciable risk for damage to public land or related water resource values; and
    (4) Requires no specific management or monitoring.

    Organized group activity means a structured, ordered, consolidated, or scheduled event on, or occupation of, public lands for the purpose of recreational use that is not commercial or competitive.

    which is another reason why we'd want to keep the trail group sizes down...so any officer doesn't get the wrong idea about our purpose out there...

    problem is, for a special use permit, it takes 180 days to process...we don't have 180 days

    luckily we are all camping at BFE which is private land

    i'm still trying to learn more about the rules and regs of the area and what we have to look out for and abide by

    im guessing as long as we have groups at 10 or less and spaced out by an hour or so from lead to lead we might be alright. but i don't know enough to be sure
