    I emailed her on the 24th for some wheels and bed light and got the auto reply. I followed up today because I haven't heard from them. Now it looks like they aren't going to honor my request from last week.

    If you're going to offer something, I have to believe you would know the terms of said offer.

    Lame.

    Nope, not calling you out. I appreciate what you did. I read the earlier posts as I was corresponding with "Lisa" and its unfortunate they won't honor the deal especially when I made the request last Tuesday...

    I ordered from her before without too many issues. But they are not the most customer service friendly people...I was surprised too when I got an auto reply email saying they would be gone for a week. I didn't know dealerships take a week off for Thanksgiving. Nonetheless Unchained hooked us all up while he could.

    How is 6 days notification before the posted deadline too late? She didn't honor the timeframe posted, am I missing something here? A reputable vendor would have acknowledged their mistake and made it right, or at a minimum, just admit their mistake and not deflect the blame on Toyota.

    It's unfortunate that people were rude to her but to be honest, I don't blame them. I ordered a bedmat pretty early on from this offer and received it in a few days. I then decided to order some wheels and bed light but it wasn't to be I guess.

    Oh well, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

    Here is a message I posted on the 21st of November in the thread stating Lisa said they will close Tuesday and what day is that? The 24th so if you messaged her on the 24th that is your issue. You want to go spend your money somewhere else have a good time. We'll all get the good deals.

    Hey Lisa said they close Tuesday and don't open again until Monday the 30th get your orders in POST 100 in the thread
