    Just happen to be watching Truck U on SPEED channel this morning and they were exploring myths about trucks. Go figure that the truck they were working on was a 2nd Gen Tacoma. +1 for the Tacoma guys :D

    Well...no major work was done on the truck. They discussed synthetics, oil weights, fuel additives, battery amps in subzero temps, and nitrogen in your tires. Hell, I was more excited to see the Taco on TV than paying attention to what they we're talking about lol. They did discuss octane rating as well and pulled out the Tacoma user manual. They said its best to use the manu recomendations on octane use for our trucks. So, the Tacoma should use 87 octane per the manual.....since you wanted to know :p

    Well of course I find out about it now. And the are not showing a rerun on at any point today. Those guys on that show are good, hopefully it would va been informative.
