I photoshopped teeth onto it. It's now sitting in my garage.

 

1500=1/2 ton truck. 1/2 ton=1000lbs. If you want to haul a bunch of shit, buy a bigger truck. If you want to off road and have fun, buy a Tacoma

 

I am a huge Honda fan and have owned many. I am sorry to say the Ridgeline reminds me of the Dodge Rampage in the 80's. I met one of the new ones the other day with franchise plate on it. I just cannot see paying that much for an all-wheel drive truck. My wife finally just let her Lexus RX400h go just a few months ago. It is like they do okay at being a car and okay at minimal bad weather, but not great at either.

 

No. Silverado 1500, f150, ram 1500 are all 1/2 ton trucks

OK Trail Boss, listen up. There are some things men just don't do. Driving a Ridgeline is definitely one of them. If a salesman wanted to take me to lunch in a Ridgeline, I'd say, "That's OK, we'll take my truck". Surely you're aware of a phenomenon called, "The Femininization of America". If you're not familiar with it then google it. Part of this phenomenon is seen when a man acts like a man, some people tell him he has a little dick and then giggle like prissy school girls. Act like a man, look like a man, think like a man, and damn well don't apologize for it. It feels pretty good, and chicks prefer men over metrosexuals any day, because men make women feel like women, and that feels pretty good to women. Also, I'm certainly not saying you don't act like a man. Just forget the Ridgeline and you'll do fine.

Might make great road trip car/truck but doesnt compare to tacoma

I really like the Taco and many of the Toyota pickups. They will never be as wicked as this Elky.

 

My wife and I own a Taco (she's the doc), loves the truck. I made her sell hers to get an SUV with our baby on the way. She literally cried at the dealership.

Another one of her colleges owns a 2nd Gen Taco too (good ol' Mississippi boy); he's jelly of my 3rd Gen. I'm sure he'll get one. Granted, we're in east TN. LA I'd expect something different.

 

Ridgeine - It holds more soccer balls.

 

ridgeline, that things tows like a real truck compared to the Tacoma. The cute little hatch that opens up out back is also a great feature since when the bed is loaded you have to unload everything to get to what is inside of it. That two way tailgate is also great I can't count how many times I've loaded my dirtbike and thought fuck my ass raw wouldn't it be great if it opened to the side for unicorn shits and giggles. Not having a low range and not being able to put in 2wd is another great feature. I get so pissed having to turn that dreaded knob. The little spare tire donut is very accessible being under the bed and only accessible through the hatch so it can't be stolen. Who wants to lift a full size spare on the truck. This way it saves room for shopping.
