    They’re referring to the front diff, and most people will advise otherwise.

    Ok thanks. Yeah I've been looking at a lot of different Tacoma's with a 3 inch lift and no one has mentioned that they dropped their differential.

    Eibach pro truck kit + Icon 1.5" progressive AAL 255/75/17 Continental Terrain Contact AT LED interior light kit. Derp: wheels, grill
    Diff drop is installed to try and correct CV angles... doesn't drop the front diff enough to make a huge difference and you change the angle of the front diff so parts may not be properly lubricated in the long run IMO.
