Tacoma Part Number Bulk Head Rail

Anyone have a part number for the bulkhead rail that sits on top of the bed in the picture? (It’s not the accessory rail that goes under it). It’s the entire top piece that attaches to the front top of the bed.

I’m looking for the bigger piece right above it that it actually screws into

 

I still have that part, I removed it when installing the bulkhead portion of the rail system.

so i bought a cover and am looking to put an additional clamp along the bulk head. what do you all recommend? my local hardware store had nothing that would fit. the cover has channels in it and i am thinking maybe one of the aluminum sliding things in there, then clamp? unless there is something like a basic clamp that can do it all?

 

I’m looking for it myself, but the one that goes on a 2012-15 truck. Its slightly shorter in height. I’ve only ever seen one so I know they exist but I cant find one
