I have a 03 tacoma and I am having problems with the AT not shifting right, sometimes I have not reverse, here is the kicker I can plug in my OBDII code reader and my transmission shifts just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just changed the fluids and the shifting silinoids and made sure the fluid levels on my truck are full. I was wonder if it could be an electrical problem with ecu.

I sure hope so, I have changed the shifting selinoids and the fluid and the filter, I was wondering if it could be ECU, because when I plug in the OBDII reader it shifts just fine.
