I'm not exactly sure on the exact prices. It's much harder to find Recaro prices as compared to Corbeau, but perusing around the web I've found them to be much higher. If you go to recaro.com you can see a bit about the airbags.

Mounting the seat belts to something besides a roll cage can also be dangerous. If there is enough damage to the vehicle to move the anchor points away from the seat then the belts will compress you in the seat and possibly break your back. Another fyi

Would it be a good idea to keep the steering wheel airbag for driving on the street without a neck brace? And just to make sure - if I disconnect the in-seat airbag, the others will still function, right?

That was the case in my truck. The stock seats were gone but the steering wheel airbag still worked as designed.

Disclaimer: I in no way advocate removing airbags or messing with vehicle restraint systems. Please don't sue me. :)

    That's all I need ;)

I'm planning to have a full cage by this time next year...but LT comes first.

So I'm bored at work and planning mods that'll likely never happen. BUT I was thinking about getting a corbeau suspension seat solely because it'd be more comfortable than my shitty 13 year old seats. And the truck isn't my dd. I noticed the female side of the seat belt is attached to our factory seats. How would we be able to retain or transfer that over to aftermarket? The answer may be painfully obvious as I haven't looked closely, but wanted to ask anyways.

Someone has to be the trailblazer so it might as well be you. Just take lots of pics. :)

You may be able to find aftermarket seats with an anchor point, otherwise you're going to have to find or fabricate your own.

I’d I decided to grab an aftermarket seat I’ll definitely make a thread on it. Was looking at blemished corbeaus to save a few bucks. Anywho, thanks for reply.
