Ordered a new radiator as I hit a deer. Anyways I ordered it from rock auto. Had the automatic ports and mines a manual, all of them on there have that, so can I plug those off or? And how to plug them off?

You can ignore them or plug them with a nylon or rubber plug. You can cover them with duct tape too, if you dont want to buy a plug.
