Just go to advanced auto parts or whatever you have around the block and get the cheapest set of replacements to throw on your truck for the next month or so. That will give you time to order some shocks to have them throw on with the frame swap and keep the wife safe in the meantime

 

And also tell your lady to stop jumping the truck

This is nowhere near the first time someone has posted a pic of a shock rod piercing the bed...common prob.

 

I planned on spending $319.99 on the front and rear shocks from Down south motor sports, but after seeing them on jet.com, I saved about $70 and will wait till my rear leaf springs are replaced to change the rear shocks, with maybe the fronts too.

I'm just surprised they said absolutely nothing about it...safe to say I'm bringing it in to a local place I trust this weekend.

 

Nevermind them, they're just angry elves. Even if it is your wife's truck, there are still lots of cool ideas floating around here to check out.
