We're awaiting a shipment from Australia that contains the internal (behind the fender) plastic pieces with the new measurements.

Once received, we will make sure that they are correct and do another test fit...

I'm hoping to have these ready to go by the first of the year.

LMAO... thats my buddy Brian R's truck and as far as I know the guy who did our (2) Safari GB's from installed it on his truck. From what I remember it had nothing to do with the company posting in this thread.

LOL at someone sending out his Pics from Facebook "I" put on this forum many many months ago.

You aren't likely to see snorkels for fiberglass. There are too many fender manufacturers and sizes to make it viable. I'd check out in cab intakes if you have glass.

Still waiting for Brian to chime in. Do you know him? You guys are from the same town.

As far as I know the truck pictures being sent out as a reference photo has nothing to do with the company trying to sell snorkels here and IMHO something smells fishy. Why else would they be sending out a picture I posted up from his Facebook page a year ago?? if this company did supply and install that snorkel why is the pic from brians Facebook page and not taken by them? Brian may be able to clear this up. I sent him a text and a PM, but he rarely frequents TW any longer.

As far as I know the snorkel in the pic came from a totally different vendor.

    same manufacturer though...

expeditioneers is promoting the Airflow which that is...

they provide the full Airflow kit and works great. see my build page for more pics.

more pics from install will be in the upcoming Tacoma Magazine due out in December.

did he actually say that he installed that one? or was he just providing the picture to show what the product looks like on a finished truck?

No clue, but you got yours from the same guy as Brian right? I'm not going to name the company because from what brian told me it was to remain a secret until all the bugs were worked out.

same company as this thread...expeditioneers.. idk who brian got it from

as mark has mentioned they are working through the design changes with the manufacturer before they release the final product...so they are working out the bugs

it's not really a secret because they posted this thread, but they aren't releasing it until it's ready.

much past that i cannot comment on as i do not work for them so i don't know the full story, just what i have picked up and have been told.
