new 31x10.5 tires, mag wheels, drilled rotors, new sound, and a cb.
Check the bushings at the bottom of the front shocks, if they are worn out they will be squeeky.

If its coming from the frontend...CHECK the ball joints. Before mine failed, they squeaked bad. Made a metal on metal noise, very loud when hitting bumps in the road and turning. If its from the front, jack up the truck till tires are off the ground, grab the tire at top and bottom and shake it hard, any movement its typically ball joints, side to side movement is typically tie rods/tie rod ends.
