What's Taco lean? Symptom of frame rust?

not necessarily. Bunch of thread/post references. any thing from body mount bushing to frame bent. That truck looks like it jumped or heavy load dropped in the bed. Tree would have had a round indentation like was stated before.

The bed and cab paint don't match. Maybe a tree fell on the original bed and bent the frame, so a new bed got put on. Reused the old rear door?

I don't know if someone would go through the trouble of changing the bed if the frame was was bent this bad, so idk.

It's a frame failure in front of the left spring mount. The tailgate is the same sheen as the rest of the truck, there is either a bedside that has been polished or the difference is a camera artifact. That's a pretty low resolution pic. An thing dropped on the bed heavy enough to do that would leave pretty obvious damage. You can't rearend or tbone a sheet metal structure hard enough to do that level of structure failure without leaving substantial evidence. It's possible the bed has been replaced due to misc damage, but what you're seeing is frame failure.

My vote is a tree or something fell on that left bedrail. Bent the frame down and the bed mounts are crooked. They replaced the left bedside without fixing the other damage. Paint doesn't match the fade of the cab and tailgate.

Taco springs suck, the weight of the driver tends to make the whole truck develop a visible lean.
