Except the titular blue Tacoma in the song is a 3rd Gen...

I texted him and haven't heard back...

We do use salt in PA, unfortunately; I'm honestly amazed that my truck didn't require a new frame. This truck is covered in spray-on bedliner stuff...

Also, the green truck DOES NOT have air-conditioning...

My frame was also coated in s****y bedliner crap and since I bring it to the car wash twice a month most of it has come off, but I hear there’s a guy in CT that does a fluid film meet twice a year for us unlucky enough to live on the right coast.

Pfft no idea, my last taco was an 02 that Toyota treated n 09, I’ve heard it’s easier and better to take the bed off and 80wieght oil the inside of the frame, but I haven’t contacted the fluid film guy, he’s on the other side of my state, I know to get best results you have to wire wheel the rust off anything you want to coat, which I don’t have the time to do cause I’ve got a full time job and a farm to tend to, but I’m gonna get in touch with him n the spring to get it done

I do not have the resources to take the entire bed off of my truck!

It’s only four to six bolts that you can get from underneath the truck, and I have taken them off other trucks with a friend and a 12 pack you’d be surprised how light they are. And like I said I’ve got a farm so dents and dings are not a big deal to me, just adds character...
