    This is similar to houses for rent on FB. The pic they use is a real home that is actually for sale and not for rent. The person gets you to PayPal them a deposit and you never hear from them. It happened on a home I sold. Lady showed up asking if she could get the keys since she paid the deposit. I was like, yeah, you got scammed.

    I asked her to show me the post. I then gave her a printout of my listing. You could see the gears turning as she looked it over. The house was in a really good neighborhood. The post she showed me had my house for $600 per month when the going rate in that neighborhood was $1800. Pretty sad. Nice lady too.
