He just texted me a bunch of pics of stickers along with pics of the truck.

One time he had a sticker on the windshield of his ‘91 Toyota pickup that said “Fuck All Y’all”. He was still living in Pennsylvania at the time and Myrtle Beach was his vacation home. The truck had not been painted yet and looked rather ghetto, and my uncle has a lot of tattoos. He was driving shirtless in a ghetto-looking truck with a PA plate, with his Pit Bull-type dog in the front seat, in North Carolina. This drew the ire of a state trooper who promptly pulled him over and claimed it was for not wearing a seatbelt. The trooper noticed the sticker and first thing he says is “Fuck all y’all, huh?”

The nice officer thought it was a jab at stereotypical Southern accents. They were convinced my uncle was running drugs, and searched the bed of the truck, finding nothing but luggage and boxes of car parts. Another trooper showed up and they took turns interrogating my uncle about where he was coming from and where he was going.

Willy, the aforementioned “Pit Bull-type dog” would not let the troopers anywhere near the cab of the truck. They let my uncle go with little more than a verbal warning, and they never got to search the cab of the truck.

Needless to say, my uncle removed that sticker as soon as he got back to Pennsylvania.

 

Cops are still ppl yo. Just as judgmental and vindictive as the rest of us.

Glad he got let go with a warning.

 

Actually, the truck wasn’t all that ghetto. It was originally red, and my uncle wanted vent windows. He found a wrecked ‘94 in a junkyard and took both doors and the entire air-conditioning system. The donor truck was black, so my uncle drove around in a red truck with black doors for a little bit. He ended up painting it orange. There’s a thread about that truck on here somewhere. My uncle taught me to drive stick in it almost five years ago!

 

Unfortunately cops have the power to pull you over for looking out of place...

I’d have to black out half my truck if I posted a picture of the rear based on stickers. Your Uncle sounds like a great person tell him congrats on the ride and vote.

 

And you've got an S2000!

 

My dad had a 2003 Honda S2000 in Suzuka Blue Metallic. He bought it used in September 2005 and drove it regularly until May 2006, then he bought a 2002 BMW 325Ci convertible. The S2000 unfortunately just sat for a year until my dad sold it in the summer of 2007. It was driven every so often to keep the engine in good repair, but it mostly just sat. In this 2005-2006 photo, you also see my dad's 1996 Nissan Pathfinder and my mom's 2004 Honda Odyssey. We traded the Pathfinder for my Tacoma in 2009, and sold the Odyssey in May 2013.
