    What is the Deluxe Kit? Something to real in Chevy fans?

    The Thompson dealer in MD, I think they are under the same ownership. Said they would sell me a SR SX V6 4WD for $29,something which was a few thousand below sticker. If I recall correctly it was a 2020, and this was in 2019. That still wasn't enough motivation for me to go buy it.

    "Limited edition" :rofl:

    I really like both these colors, and they've ruined both of them. Price for one, and the plan to illuminate the moon on the other.

    This one was also at Thompson, not for sale and just parked there, but I snapped a couple pics anyway because it's an Off-Road in one of my favorite colors; I am not a huge fan of DCLBs though...

    What...?

    I'm sure the new owner paid out the ass for it, but I like the way this one looks...

    Hell when I bought mine last November I walked in I told the salesman to keep it under/around $40k, first vehicle he reads from his list is this 2021 TRD Pro for an astoundingly low price of $58,600…..I said “goddamn what’s it made of bud, I could’ve swore I told you to keep it around $40k”. He was like “Oh sorry I was just going down my list here.”:annoyed:

    Trying to get me to bite, momma ain’t raise no dummy. :D

    Absolutely nothing; Yours is an example of what I would do to mine if I had one!

    :drool::drool::drool:

    I especially love those OR wheels!

    The topic at hand is a local dealership in my area that has an annoying habit of decking out DCSB SR 4x4s with custom wheels, lift kits, sliders, etc and then selling them for about fifty grand!

    I am jealous of your truck; @Red Alert has a truck that I lust after as well! However, Toyota just replaced the frame in my 2010 for free, so I've decided to get my money's worth out of the 2010 and save up to buy a house!

    :brianr::boink::bananadead: Paid 17,000 for it 2 years ago and I'm proud to own my SR5. 2013 with 89K on the clock. It's bad ass but it's a 2 gen! :anonymous: Tag office valued it at 23K at the time. I wouldn't buy anything right now in regards to vehicles or houses.

    @1776Taco

    Random question for both of you as pre-2020 SR owners; Do your trucks have intermittent wipers, or was it in 2020 that Toyota made the intermittent wipers standard across the board on the Tacoma?!?!

    Mime was a present from my dad over 12 years ago! Your truck is nice; That's just a straight SR5 with neither of the TRD packages?

    It's always been standard on the SR5, and some base 1st Gens could be had with both a tilt wheel and intermittent wipers, but my 2010 RC did not come with them; I put in both variable intermittent wipers and cruise control!

    This same dealer expected me to pay $570 for a rebuilt alternator in December 2021; They are located in one of the most affluent zip codes in Pennsylvania, and they know it!
