I am offering a set of four (4) premium universal door handle cup guards featuring a 10 year warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, staining, and hazing.

Protect your vehicle's paint from scratches. I make these using XPEL Ultimate Paint Protection Film. Install in less than 20 mins. Instructions will be included will purchase. These guards are not vehicle specific, should fit multiple models. $20 with free shipping (tracking included) for a set of four (4) premium door handle cup guards. Venmo @qthuynh or Paypal - qt_huynh@yahoo.com with your name and shipping address. Thanks.

XPEL's Ultimate Paint Protection Film combines best-in-class durability and clarity not previously available in the market. With its very low surface energy, XPEL ULTIMATE sheds contaminants that would otherwise stain or yellow conventional films. In addition, the clear coat employs special elastomeric polymers that "heal" over time eliminating swirl marks and other fine scratches without having to do anything. The material will self-heal!

Prevent scratches like this from happening.

Looks like a great idea. How's the install? Is it one and done or can you adjust the position before final stick with some liquid help?

Just posted installation instructions in post #1. Install is easy and it takes less than 20mins. Film is repositionable as long as the surface is still wet. Once all the soapy water is squeezed out, its a lil bit harder to move around.

I like this stuff way better than 3M's Venture and Pro Series or Suntek.

Any PPF is the same from what I had on my BRZ and trying to install it on the BRZ. I said try because first time I installed the whole hood myself, the place I bought from they had the pattern wrong so that was a bit of a bitch to deal with. I got tired after that and risking it...I got the free replacement and had it professionally installed. A whole hood is very difficult for one person...at least for me and first time, but these door cups should be easy. I prefer to get precut to Tacoma or any vehicle instead of universal, but that's up to the buyers of this thread.

To install it's pretty easy...here's my recipe for slip and for stick.

slip is 16 oz water and 4 drops of Johnson and Johnson soap.

stick is 28 oz water and 4 oz alchol.

Use slip solution to put it into position... and then when you are happy, peel back up and then spray on the stick solution...squeegee all the water out and push all the bubbles water and air out. Let it dry for few days and your are done. That's a high level of what to do with PPF.

Can you make something like this for the tailgate? I've already dinged up that flat portion at the top and the area between that flat section and the tailgate handle.

If I understand you correctly, this won't prevent dings, only scratches. Also, I'm drawing a blank to the area you are referring to...sorry .

My Audi Allroad I just sold was fully wrapped in Xpel Stealth Armor and it was awesome. Best wrap I have ever dealt with though since its thicker than anything else, its harder to perfect than like 3M. Just a heads up. Llumar's wrap is now the best in the field as they bought out some wrap companies and improved off what Xpel has done..... Anyways, could go on but its boring as shit.

Have any sets left? I will put in for a set if you do.

I'm second to this. We need something on top of the gate so we don't scratch the hell out of of it. Plus a little added fingers traction when we lift that ungodly heavy gate to close. Def a nice idea.

Installed my door guards last week. Got them fairly quickly as well. The installation was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be having dealt with Xpel before. Car is a bit dirty from the rain/beach all weekend. [IMG]
