Tacoma tailgate lettering inserts

That could work! I wonder if they are reflective too? I am so new to this this brand and this truck that I have more questions than I can actually list (mostly because I have not written them as they pop into my head!)

This is gonna be a fun adventure tho! I already LOVE the truck!

Got the 3D black for my tailgate on my Super White double cab. Also took debadged the bed and installed new TRD Offroad decals in all black with mountains in background. Have added NFAB sliders, OEM Taco bed mat, cargo divider, OEM Tacoma all weather mats, interior LEDs and LED taglight bulbs, tinted front windows to match rear, and added a darker strip of tint on windshield. Opt7 LEDs in foglights, high, and low beam lights. It's looking pretty good.....almost done. For now.

why do people cover their license plate? i've always wondered this. if someone wanted your license plate, it isn't covered ALL DAY LONG as you drive around and have your truck parked places. so why cover it in pictures?

or do people just do it because everyone else does?

 

I don't normally cover it, I placed the cardboard piece to show the manufacturer's name.

 

It could also be that on these types of forums, everyone shares all the stuff they put into their trucks, sound systems, lifts, upgrades, etc. and sometimes how much all this stuff cost. With an online user name, It is sort of anonymous. But If someone were to see this on the internet with your license plate, then see your truck on the road, they will know exactly what you got in your truck. I think its more to keep the identity anonymous. Some people dont even want to list what state they live in on their profiles. And also everyone else covers it up!

 

It a massive cover up. Of people that cover them up, cuz others do...

 

I like the look of the black letters with the QS
