    They are both solid. I am 18 months into my Tacoma. 66 months on the 2016 4Runner.

    Test drove both. Loved both.

    My decision was simple. I don't have kids and use the bed frequently so I went with the Tacoma. If I had kids I probably would have went 4Runner.
